Can your smartwatch be your sleep coach?
NCT ID NCT07377968
Summary
This study is testing if wearing a Garmin smartwatch can help people with moderate to severe sleep apnea use their CPAP breathing machine more often. Researchers will compare 80 first-time CPAP users in Thailand, with half using the watch's sleep and health data for motivation and the other half not. The main goal is to see if the watch helps people use their CPAP for at least 4 hours per night.
