First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that provides cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can further reduce depressive symptoms in adults who are already taking antidepressant medication. About 150 people in Sweden will use the app for 9 weeks, with access to extra online materials and therapist support when needed. The main goal is to see if their depression scores improve more than those who don't use the app.
