First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can further reduce depressive symptoms in adults already taking antidepressants. About 150 people in Sweden will use the app for 9 weeks, with extra online materials and therapist support available. The goal is to see if adding digital therapy improves mood, anxiety, and quality of life beyond medication alone.
