Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called COBMINDEX to help people with Crohn's disease manage stress, fatigue, and pain. About 200 adults with stable Crohn's will use the app or work with a human therapist. The goal is to see if the app can improve quality of life and coping skills as effectively as in-person therapy.
