Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called COBMINDEX that teaches stress-reduction skills to people with Crohn's disease. The goal is to see if the app can improve quality of life, reduce fatigue and pain, and help patients cope as well as working with a human therapist. About 200 Hebrew-speaking adults with stable Crohn's disease will participate.
