NCT ID NCT07114900

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app designed to boost physical activity is more engaging than simple wellness text messages for Black women who want to exercise more. Fifty women aged 18-64 who are not regularly active will use either the app or receive texts for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure how much participants like the app and track their activity levels to see what works best.
