Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app designed for Black women helps them become more physically active compared to receiving wellness text messages. About 50 Black women aged 18-64 who are not regularly active will use the app or get texts for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure how much women like the app and if it leads to more physical activity.
