Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based AI tool can help doctors give a numbing shot (nerve block) more accurately during cleft lip repair in babies. About 120 infants aged 5-18 months will take part. The goal is to see if this low-cost method reduces pain and the need for extra pain medicine during surgery.
