Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based AI tool can help doctors give a pain-blocking injection to babies having cleft lip repair. The goal is to reduce pain during surgery and the need for extra pain medicine. The study includes 120 infants aged 5-18 months and compares the AI-guided method to standard care.
