Summary
This study tests whether smart mind maps—visual tools that combine drawings and keywords—can help nurses in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) give high-alert medications more safely. About 70 nurses will be trained and then observed for their knowledge and practices. The goal is to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety.
