Summary

This study tests whether using smart mind maps—a visual tool that combines drawings and words—can help nurses in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) give high-alert medications more safely. About 70 nurses will be trained and then observed for their knowledge and practices. The goal is to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety.
