Summary
This study tests a new smartphone-based program to help young and middle-aged heart attack patients recover at home. The program uses an app to guide exercise, diet, medication, and stress management, with support from a team of doctors, nurses, and therapists. It aims to improve heart function and quality of life. The study will include 232 adults aged 18-60 who have had a heart attack.
