Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based exercise program is practical for adults aged 40 and older with a reduced sense of smell (hyposmia). Participants are randomly assigned to either a full-dose program aiming to double their daily steps or a low-dose control aiming for a 10% increase. The study focuses on whether people can stick with the program, not on whether it improves smell or health.
