First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested whether an online program called Sleepio, which teaches cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, can improve sleep in people who have had a stroke. 86 chronic stroke survivors who wanted better sleep were split into two groups: one got access to Sleepio, the other received a sleep hygiene leaflet. The main goal was to see if Sleepio led to better sleep quality, measured by a questionnaire.
