Summary

This study tests a sleep treatment designed specifically for veterans with PTSD who also have trouble sleeping. The goal is to improve sleep quality, reduce nightmares, and help veterans function better in daily life. About 182 veterans will participate, and the treatment involves 8 to 12 sessions tailored to their needs.
