New sleep therapy aims to ease PTSD symptoms in veterans

Summary

This study tests a sleep treatment designed for veterans with PTSD and insomnia. The goal is to see if improving sleep helps with daily activities and reduces PTSD symptoms like nightmares. About 182 veterans will take part in 8 to 12 sessions of this tailored therapy.
