Sleep therapy may be key to saving young lives from suicide

Summary
This study tests whether adding sleep-focused treatments to standard psychiatric care can lower suicide risk in young adults with depression and sleep problems. About 90 college students in an intensive outpatient program will be randomly assigned to one of three sleep interventions. Researchers will track suicidal thoughts, behaviors, and depression over 6 months to see which approach works best.
