Summary
This study aims to understand how restricting sleep to just 4 hours per night affects key hormone systems and thinking skills in healthy older adults. Researchers will measure stress and sex hormone levels in the blood, test memory and reaction times, and track food cravings. The goal is to learn the biological links between poor sleep and health risks like insulin resistance.
