Summary

This study tested whether a daily mix of plant protein and two herbs (ashwagandha and rhodiola) could improve sleep in 100 adults aged 35 to 70 who have trouble sleeping. For 30 days, half took the supplement and half took a placebo. The researchers measured sleep quality with daily questionnaires and also checked body composition and cell health. The goal was to see if this natural combination could ease sleep problems without medication.
