Summary
This study tested whether a daily mix of plant protein and two herbs (ashwagandha and rhodiola) could improve sleep in 100 adults aged 35-70 with sleep problems. Participants took either the active supplement or a placebo for 30 days and reported their sleep quality daily. The goal was to see if the supplement led to better sleep compared to placebo.
