Mindfulness sleep program aims to stop depression before it starts in new moms

Summary

This study tests a mindfulness-based sleep program for pregnant women with insomnia to see if it can prevent depression during and after pregnancy. About 500 pregnant women will either take the program or receive standard care. The goal is to improve sleep and reduce the risk of perinatal depression.
