First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special sleep education program can improve sleep quality and reduce depression in menopausal women. About 500 women will be randomly assigned to either receive the education or be in a control group. The program teaches good sleep habits based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills model. Researchers will measure sleep and mood before and after the training to see if it helps.
