Summary
This study tested whether a brief sleep hygiene education session could improve sleep quality and blood pressure in adults with high blood pressure. 138 participants were randomly assigned to receive the education or usual care. After 8 weeks, researchers measured changes in sleep quality and blood pressure to see if the simple lesson made a difference.
