Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week sleep improvement program can help adults aged 18-40 with type 1 diabetes manage their blood sugar and reduce distress. Participants will receive coaching based on motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques. The study will track sleep quality, blood sugar levels, and overall well-being over 9 months.
