New sleep program aims to fight obesity in black communities
NCT ID NCT06226077
Summary
This study is testing a sleep improvement program designed specifically for African American adults who are overweight, get too little sleep, and are not very active. First, researchers will interview community members to shape the program. Then, they'll test if the program helps people sleep longer and move more, and if it affects certain health markers. The goal is to prevent obesity-related health problems in this community.
