Summary

This study tests a behavioral program to help teenagers with type 1 diabetes sleep longer and better. Researchers will see if improved sleep helps with blood sugar levels and thinking skills like focus and memory. About 150 teens aged 11-17 who currently get too little sleep and have high blood sugar can join.
