Summary
This study tests a sleep-improvement program for 150 teens (ages 11-17) with type 1 diabetes who don't sleep enough and have high blood sugar. The program uses healthy sleep habits to help them sleep longer and more regularly. Researchers will check if better sleep improves blood sugar control and thinking skills like focus and memory.
