Summary
This study aims to understand if not getting enough sleep affects blood sugar control differently in healthy men and women. Researchers will have 32 participants spend time in a sleep lab, comparing their body's response to food after normal sleep and after several nights of restricted sleep. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to better, personalized health advice for managing the risks of poor sleep.
