Summary
This study aims to understand if not getting enough sleep affects blood sugar control differently in healthy men and women. Researchers will have 32 participants spend time in a sleep lab, comparing their body's response to food after nights of normal sleep versus restricted sleep. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to more personalized health advice about sleep and metabolic risks.
