First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at how pregnant women sleep, focusing on the positions they spend the most time in and how often they snore. About 500 women who are at least 28 weeks pregnant will use a sleep monitor at home. The goal is to learn more about sleep patterns during pregnancy and see if the monitor can help improve sleep habits.
