Summary
This study looked at how sleep affects balance and thinking in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Over six weeks, 18 participants wore an OURA ring and kept a sleep diary while doing balance and memory tests. The goal was to understand daily connections between sleep, mobility, and brain function.
