NCT ID NCT07441239
First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study followed 18 adults with active ankylosing spondylitis (a type of inflammatory arthritis) who were starting a new biologic medication. Researchers measured their sleep quality using both questionnaires and overnight sleep tests, and tracked their daily step counts with a wearable armband. The goal was to see how sleep and physical activity changed after 4 months of treatment. This was a small pilot study, so results are exploratory and not ready to guide treatment decisions.
