Summary
This study followed 18 adults with active ankylosing spondylitis (a type of arthritis affecting the spine) to see how their sleep and physical activity changed after starting a new medication. Participants wore activity monitors and had overnight sleep tests at the start and again 4 months later. The goal was to better understand the link between disease activity, sleep quality, and daily movement.
