Summary
This study looked at whether a program called SKY Recovery, which teaches breathing and meditation, can help people recovering from substance use disorder. About 100 people in a residential treatment center took part. The program included a 5-day workshop and weekly follow-ups. Researchers measured emotional well-being, cravings, and sleep quality before, one week after, and three weeks after the program.
