Summary
This study tests an oral medication called SKY-0515 in 400 adults aged 25 and older with Huntington's disease. The goal is to see if the drug can lower harmful proteins linked to the disease and improve movement, thinking, and daily function. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track changes over time using standard rating scales.
