Summary
This study tested a program called SHINE to help high school students use more sun protection and tan less. Over 2,200 students from 30 schools in Utah took part. Half the schools got the SHINE program, and the other half got standard lessons. The goal was to see if the program could improve habits like wearing sunscreen and avoiding peak sun hours.
