Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called Skål Pro, which contains a probiotic and a prebiotic, can help people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, stool consistency, quality of life, and psychological distress in 60 adults with IBS. Half will receive the supplement and half a placebo, and neither participants nor researchers will know who gets what.
