Summary
This study tests whether matching treatment to the tumor's genetic makeup can improve outcomes for children under 5 with medulloblastoma. About 130 participants will receive chemotherapy, and some may also get targeted radiation or medication into the spinal fluid. The goal is to increase survival while preserving thinking skills and quality of life.
