Sitz baths tested as pain relief after pelvic surgery

Summary
This study tests whether taking warm water sitz baths for 10 minutes each night for a week can reduce pain after pelvic organ prolapse repair. 112 women will be randomly assigned to sitz baths or standard care. The main goal is to measure pain intensity one week after surgery using a standard questionnaire.
