NCT ID NCT06700187

First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how often young adults who sit a lot should get up and walk to help their thinking and blood sugar. Researchers will have 33 participants try four different sitting routines, from no breaks to walking 27 minutes total, over several lab visits. The goal is to find the best break frequency for mental sharpness and glucose control.
