First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how the diabetes drug sitagliptin affects people who naturally have lower levels of a protein called DPP4 due to their genes. Researchers will compare blood sugar and other markers in 20 adults with and without this gene change. The goal is to understand why some people may respond differently to the medication.
