Summary
This study looks at whether group support or one-on-one peer support helps Black patients with endometrial cancer complete their treatment. About 252 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: group support, one-on-one peer support, or enhanced usual care. The main goal is to see if social support improves treatment completion and reduces feelings of social isolation.
