New study aims to prevent tumor regrowth after medication stops

Summary
This study looks at 120 children with a rare blood vessel tumor called kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) who are taking the drug sirolimus. The goal is to find the best way to stop the drug to prevent the tumor from growing back. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three different stopping plans and followed to see which plan works best.
