Summary
This study looks at children with kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE), a rare vascular tumor, who have been taking sirolimus. The goal is to find the best way to stop the drug without the tumor growing back. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three tapering strategies and monitored for regrowth and side effects.
