This study looked at three different bone graft materials used in sinus lift surgery to prepare for dental implants in people with thin jawbone. Thirty-seven adults received either donated human bone, cow bone, or a mix of both. Researchers measured bone growth and healing using scans and tissue samples to see which material worked best.
