Summary
This study looked at three types of bone graft materials used in sinus lift surgery to prepare for dental implants. Thirty-seven adults with low bone in the upper jaw received either donated bone, cow bone, or a mix of both. Researchers measured bone height and took small samples to see how well new bone formed over six months.
