Summary

This study looks at whether using two metal implants instead of one to fix a broken thigh bone near the knee helps older or medically fragile adults recover better. About 44 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either one or two implants. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, while also checking pain, function, and bone healing over one year.
