One hour to ease cancer distress: new study tests quick counseling

Summary
This study tests whether a single 60-minute counseling session can reduce anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients who are waiting for ongoing therapy. Twenty participants will try the session and report how helpful it was. The goal is to see if this quick support can improve quality of life during a stressful wait.
