Scientists test which One-Leg workout helps COPD patients breathe and walk better
NCT ID NCT06466213
Summary
This study aimed to understand how three different types of single-leg exercise affect people with COPD. Researchers tested 26 COPD patients doing high-intensity intervals, continuous exercise, and resistance training with one leg. They measured how far patients could walk, their breathing capacity, and muscle strength to see which approach might be most helpful.
