Can singing your heart out actually help your heart?

NCT ID NCT07355192

Summary

This study is exploring whether regular singing can improve blood vessel health and lower heart disease risk in older adults who already have coronary artery disease. Researchers will test both group singing (in-person or virtual) and solo singing to see which approach works best and is most practical for participants. The goal is to gather information to design a larger future study that could show if singing provides lasting heart benefits.
